Equipment introduction and use

This machine is my company design a GX - ZNJ4 high-speed linear gel tube filling equipment, automatic cut pipe, mandrel push rod, and cover of vibration plate and wheel assembly host. Stable and reliable equipment, adopt PLC programming control, easy to operate, with no tube no filling and rodless detection features such as core is not filling. The machine is suitable for the needle type of gel, medicinal gel material, such as filling of department of gynaecology, widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and scientific research, is the ideal gel syringes, needles, booster use packaging equipment.

The characteristics of

1. Painted surface adopts SUS304 stainless steel material, contact material parts adopt SUS316L high quality stainless steel, in line with the GMP requirements;

2. Painted on the tube on the core rod percent of pass is high, easy to adjust;

3. Taken the production speed can be adjusted through the touch screen operation, convenient, filling metering size can be adjusted for each group separately;

4. Can be done to end this equipment sterile, achieving high requirement of clean production;

5. Taken the product design and reasonable structure, high automation, stable running, low noise, easy maintenance.
