Job Responsibilities

1. More than 2 years of working experience in outsourcing the procurement of mechanical standard parts;

2. Screen the suppliers for cooperation and be responsible for negotiating the best purchase transaction conditions;

3. Negotiate prices, payment methods, delivery dates, etc. with suppliers;

4. Tracking the procurement progress;

5. Registration and maintenance of company car insurance, driving records and fueling records;

6. Comparison of market research prices;

7. Computer registration of purchased goods, reconciliation with suppliers at the end of the month, tracking of invoices, etc.;

8. The logistics and transportation arrangements and price negotiation during delivery, arrange wooden boxes.

Job Requirements

1. High school degree or above, major in logistics or procurement;

2. Proficiency in using word, Excel, PPT and other office software;

3. Familiar with the procurement operation mode and procurement experience of the machinery industry is preferred;

4. Good negotiation skills, keeping agility to market changes;

5. Be upright and have a good professional ethics;

6. Ability to bear hardships and stand hard work, with a good team spirit;

7. Familiar with relevant quality system standards, proficient in procurement business, have good communication skills, negotiation skills and cost awareness;

8. Know how to drive and have been driving for more than 3 years.

Salary: (6000～8000 yuan/month)

1. Pay social security in accordance with national policies;

2. Basic salary + overtime pay + bonus + full attendance bonus + working age salary + high temperature allowance;
